Embarking on a career in Australia’s healthcare sector is an exciting opportunity. ANMAC’s GuideME service is here to make it smoother by providing tailored pre-assessment guidance in a 30-minute phone consultation, ensuring you are equipped with the right advice at the right time.

That’s why we’ve introduced GuideME - A personalised phone consultation service to help skilled migrants, migration agents, and employers confidently navigate the skills assessment process.

Launching as a six-week pilot from 1 November 2024, GuideME offers tailored, opt-in phone consultations designed to address your individual concerns, ensuring you get the support you need. 

How GuideMe Can Support You

GuideME is an optional, fee-for-service phone consultation that offers:

  • Pre-assessment support for skilled migrants helping you get ready for your ANMAC assessment with clear guidance from experts.
  • Skills assessment navigation for migration agents which ensure your applicants receive the best possible advice, aligned with current ANMAC requirements.
  • Skills assessment support for employers, addressing questions about employee requirements or navigating the assessment process. 

How GuideMe Works

  1. Contact us at GuideME@anmac.org.au to request a phone consultation.  
  2. An invoice, preparation form and general information about the service will be sent to you for completion and payment.
  3. On receival of payment, a GuideME consultant will arrange with you an appropriate time for the consultation to take place. The GuideME consultant will call you at the set time and provide, clear, actionable advice and support.  

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if I can’t make my appointment?
    Please email GuideME@anmac.org.au to reschedule your session at the earliest convenience.
  • What happens if I am late for my appointment?
    The GuideME consultant will attempt to reach you up to three times within the first ten minutes. If you reconnect during this time, you can continue for the remaining minutes of the session. Alternatively, you may reschedule for a fee of $60.00 AUD. Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment will require a new booking at the full rate.

  • 30-minute phone consultation: $195.00 AUD
  • Rescheduling fee: $60.00 AUD
