Committed to enhancing the healthcare landscape, her dedication and vision drive ANMAC's strategy forward.
Greg Cantwell - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Greg is an experienced senior leader in the health and education not-for-profit sector having worked as a CEO and Executive Director across a range of health-related organisations. Greg has also worked in community health, public hospitals and Justice Health across medical, nursing, and allied health. Much of his career has been committed to improving patient outcomes through quality improvement programs and providing health professionals access to high-quality training.
David Richardson - Director Support Services
David is a results-driven senior executive with a proven ability to deliver sustainable transformational change through positive influencing, the close collaboration of internal and external stakeholders, and the effective leveraging of technology as a critical business enabler. He has a strong record of success in developing and implementing digital and business strategies, operating models, and solutions in complex global business environments.
Before joining ANMAC, David's career encompassed diverse industry sectors, including local and national governments, financial services, media, healthcare, and professional services, whilst both based and working in the UK, Australia, the USA, and Europe.
Alan Merrit - Director Accreditation Services
RN, BN, MHSc(Ed), MACN
Alan has experience and expertise in higher education as a nurse academic, in regulation (having been a member of the ACT Board of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia both before and after the implementation of the National Law, and in health professional accreditation in nursing, midwifery and medicine. His recent experience as a nurse leader in a large health service has served to strengthen his connections to the realities of clinical practice in a discipline which is highly valued.
Kath Baird - Director Skilled Migration Services
RN, BScN, DipMngt, MBA (Exec), MACN
Kath is a registered nurse with more than 20 years' experience across clinical service delivery, management, education and migration, and is currently the Director of Assessment Services at ANMAC. Kath’s brings to this role strong leadership and advocacy in the skilled migration space which includes the assessment of overseas born nurses, midwives, and direct care workers for migration purposes. She understands nursing and midwifery education, registration and migration pathways and the challenges faced by internationally qualified nurses and midwives in Australia.
