Farewell to CEO Tanya Vogt and Welcome to Interim CEO Karen Grace
The Board of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) extends its sincere thanks to Tanya Vogt for her leadership and significant contribution as Chief Executive Officer over the past 18 months.
During her tenure, Tanya played a pivotal role in strengthening ANMAC’s strategic direction and advancing collaboration across the health and education sectors. Her commitment to excellence and public safety has underpinned ANMAC’s ongoing growth in accreditation, assessment and healthcare. Tanya’s last day with ANMAC will be Friday, 31 October 2025. The Board thanks Tanya for her dedication and wishes her every success in her next chapter.
We are pleased to announce that Karen Grace has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Karen has served as a Director on the ANMAC Board and brings extensive senior leadership experience across the health and education sectors. With a deep understanding of ANMAC’s purpose and values, Karen will provide continuity as ANMAC enters this transition phase.
The Board will shortly commence the recruitment process for a permanent Chief Executive Officer. In the meantime, under Karen’s guidance, ANMAC remains fully committed to delivering high-quality accreditation and assessment services.
