A fee is required for processing the application. This fee covers the initial application, re-issue requests, or appeals. An additional administration fee may also apply. 

Payment must be made when starting an application for a skills assessment. The assessmet will not commence until full payment is received. 

To ensure the application is submitted correctly, complete the payment process after registering and starting a new skills assessment. 

Do not:

  • Start the application before having the card and payment information ready
  • Close any browser windows or log out until the payment is completed.

Important Payment Information

Applicants are responsible for ensuring the correct fee is paid and accurate information is provided. 

ANMAC only accepts Visa or MasterCard payments (credit or debit). American Express or Diners Club credit cards are not accepted.

All fee payments are in Australian dollars (AUD) and should be made on the at the time of submitting the application. A payment receipt will be emailed once payment is received. 

ANMAC is not responsible for any loss of payment due to:

  • Incorrect payment or information
  • Causes outside of ANMAC’s control, such as loss caused by third parties (e.g., banks and agents).

In Case of Issues

If there are concerns that the payment was not accepted, do not start a new application.

Please follow these steps:

Step 1

  • Check your email inbox (including the junk mail folder). If a confirmation email is received, the payment was successful, and there is no need to resubmit a form or payment. Allow up to 1 hour for this email to arrive.

Step 2

  • Verify with your bank whether a payment was processed to ANMAC. Timeframes for this verification may vary.  

Step 3

  • If a confirmation email has not been received and there is no record of payment on your credit or debit card, please contact ANMAC before starting another application.

Non-Payment

If payment is not made, the assessment will not be initiated. A fee must be paid at the beginning of the assessment application process to proceed with the skills assessment.

Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change the decision about having a skills assessment.
  • Change the decision about the type of skills assessment required.
  • Paying for an assessment that is not needed for the visa application.
